Conference attendees can apply for campus housing by going to our web site http://conference.stanford.edu/ and following these directions:

- Click on Individual Summer Housing
- Review the information
--- In the section Application Procedures
--- click on online application
- On the next page, click on Conference Attendee.
- Enter password 425hot
- Fill out the information and submit the application.
- Print the deposit form and fax it to our office.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation after we process the deposit. It will include the check-in location and the website of a map you can print which will show where you check in.

Rates are $47.25/night for single occupancy and $33.25/night per person for shared occupancy.

Residences are about a 15 minute walk to Memorial Auditorium.

Attendees must apply ahead of time, not when they arrive on campus.

The Residence Check-in Office is open
Weekdays: 8am - 10pm
Weekends: 10am - 10pm
Standard Check-in Time: 3pm

If you arrive outside of these hours, there will be a notice posted on the door next to the campus phone with the number to contact the person on duty. If you arrive early and the room isn't ready, you will have to wait.
