Please take a moment to carefully read the following information before completing the registration form.

The management of CSB2004 reserves the right to deny any applicant a media badge. Submitting the required verification material does not automatically qualify you for a CSB2004 media badge. You will receive a confirmation from us within a week.

You may pick up your badge at the registration desk, Stanford University Memorial Auditorium.

Registration Criteria

To qualify for press credentials, you must:

• Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet and hold an editorial title, or
• hold a position as an industry analyst, or
• hold a position as a reporter

To obtain press credentials at the show, you must present either:

• A business card, or Masthead showing name and title, or
• Recent copy of by-lined article (if you're a freelancer), or
• Letter from editor or publisher assigning bearer to cover CSB2004

You do not qualify for press credentials if you are:

• A publisher
• A personal web site writer or creator
• Any other non-editorial personnel
• A sales/marketing/public relations representative

Freelance Writers:
In order to register for press credentials, we require that you submit a letter from your editor/publisher, on their letterhead stating you are covering CSB2004 on assignment or under a contract. Please fax a letter to:
