Hotel locations We have made special arrangements with the following hotels for conference attendees: 1. Sheraton Palo Alto, 2. The Stanford Terrace Inn, 3. The Cardinal Hotel, 4. 1. SHERATON PALO ALTO HOTEL

Reservations can be made:

Please note that if the individual fails to check-in prior to 12:01 a.m. the following day of their arrival date, we will release the hold on the room and it will be available for general sale.

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

RATES: $169 single or double
Occupancy tax is 10% and a California tourism tax of 0.05% will be charged per room night. These taxes are not included in the room rate and are subject to change without notice.

CUT OFF DATE
A reservation cut-off date of Thursday, July 13, 2006, has been established for our group. Any remaining unreserved guest rooms in the block will be released on this cut-off date. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be taken on a space available basis and the group rate will no longer be guaranteed.

GUEST ROOM BILLING
Each individual will be responsible for his or her own room, tax and incidental charges and a credit card or cash deposit will be requested upon check-in.

PARKING
Secured parking in an adjacent parking lot is available for $9 per day. Valet parking is also available at the front entrance for $14 overnight. Please note that the parking fees are subject to change.

NO SHOW
If a guest should fail to show on the reserved arrival date, a charge of one night room and tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card.

3. CARDINAL HOTEL

  • by calling the hotel directly at (650) 323-5101. You must mention "CSB 2006" to get the discounted rate.
  • via e-mail at reservations@cardinalhotel.com. Reservations made via e-mail must include the following: Guest name, Arrival / Departure date, address, phone # and name of group (CSB 2006). To guarantee the reservation, one must include a credit card number and expiration date.
  • via website at direct link to the CSB 2006 allotment with special group rates: Direct URL for Attendee Registration (If you use this URL, no login for attendee is needed)

Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

RATES
$95 per room with private bath plus local tax 10%
$65 per room with shared bath plus local tax 10%
